Refund Policy

karungali.co.in is a customer centric organization. We take pride in providing high-quality, genuine spiritual products. We take into account every detail to ensure that our products are of premium quality so as to maintain our customer satisfaction.

If in the event you are not satisfied for any reason with the product, you can inform us regarding the return of the product within a days from the date of receipt to initiate a full refund. You can initiate the return by reporting the issue to us on sales@karungali.co.in.

In case you are not satisfied with the quality/authenticity of the products purchased or if the product is damaged during shipping, we will give a refund or exchange if the following criteria are met:-

    • We charge a flat return fee of ₹120 in case customer requires returns of size, this is basically a shipping charge & return charge.
    • Before return or exchange let us know in details with the reason of return or exchange.
    • Once your return and refund request has been acknowledged by us, you can initiate a return of your package as per instructions given to you by our customer care team.
    • Refund will be initiated upon receipt of complete package.
    • If the product is purchased as COD and the COD amount will not be returned , as the charges is for shipment partner.
    • Please send us an email at sales@karungali.co.in before initiating the return. We recommend you to send the product via a reliable courier service with a tracking number.

Replacement Policy

We offer a 1-day replacement policy, applicable only in the following situations:

    • Incorrect item received (must be verified with an unboxing video)
    • Damaged or defective product received (must be verified with an unboxing video)

⚠️ An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any replacement request.

Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

      • The item must be unused and unworn
      • It should be returned in original condition, including all inserts
      • The product must be in its original packaging

Cases Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

      • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
      • Products returned without original packaging, box, or inserts
      • Items not in their original condition

Inspection & Approval

    • All replacement requests are subject to verification by our team based on the photos and unboxing video provided.
    • The final decision regarding approval or rejection will be made by our team.
