Tracking Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How Order Tracking Works?

  1. Order Placement: When you places an order, our expert team processes it and prepares it for shipment. A tracking number is generated and assigned to the package.
  2. Shipping Carrier: The package is handed over to a shipping carrier (Xpressbees, Ekart, DTDC). The tracking number is scanned at various checkpoints, updating its status in the carrier’s system.
  3. Tracking Information: The tracking information is sent to the retailer’s system and made available to the customer. Customers can check the status of their package by entering the tracking number above. 
  4. Updates: As the package moves through the shipping process, its status is updated. Customers receive notifications at key stage, such as when the package is out for delivery.

Common Terms in Order Tracking

  • In Transit: The package is on its way to the delivery address.
  • Out for Delivery: The package is with the delivery driver and will be delivered soon.
  • Delivered: The package has been delivered to the specified address.
  • Exception: There is an issue with the delivery, such as an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt.
