In case you are not satisfied with the quality/authenticity of the products purchased or if the product is damaged during shipping, we will give a refund or exchange if the following criteria are met:-
- Before return or exchange let us know in details with the reason of return or exchange.
- Once your return and refund request has been acknowledged by us, you can initiate a return of your package as per instructions given to you by our customer care team.
- Refund will be initiated upon receipt of complete package.
- Please send us an email at sales@karungali.co.in before initiating the return. We recommend you to send the product via a reliable courier service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
